Our commitment to a fair and professional partnership.

1. Nature of Service

Semipass is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides administrative tools for educational institutes. We are a technology provider, not an educational institution. The management of students, teachers, and curriculum is the sole responsibility of the registered Institute.

2. Intellectual Property

All software, code, user interface designs, and algorithms powering Semipass are the exclusive property of Semipass. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the platform. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of our technology.

Data Ownership: You retain full ownership of all student and financial data you input. We just provide the vault to keep it safe.

3. Fair Use & Infrastructure

To ensure a fast experience for all users, we implement a Fair Use Policy. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that place an unreasonable load on our servers, utilize automated scripts without authorization, or attempt to bypass system limits.

4. SaaS Billing & Subscriptions

Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed on an anniversary cycle based on your signup date.
Grace Period: We offer a 7-day grace period for failed payments. Following this, the account will enter a restricted "Read-Only" mode.
Disputes: All financial disputes between an institute and its students are outside the scope of Semipass. We do not act as a mediator for student refunds.
